HYDROSOL SAMPLER
Explore the therapeutic benefits of Flora Farm’s signature hydro-distillations in our hydrosol sampler. Featuring .5 oz of Wild Rose, .5 oz Tulsi & .5 oz Western Red Cedar, each plant is distilled in small batches with care in our beloved copper alembic still for artisanal quality hydrosols.
We experiment with utilizing fresh water sources from around the Olympic Peninsula in our distillations that adds depth to our hydrosols that connect us to seasons & place.
Wild Rose- Rosa nutkana
The medicinal quality of the wild rose is unmatched by any cultivated variety. Each flower of the wild rose holds but 5 petals, delicate & precious, harvesting these petals is a labor of love.
A traditional remedy for all manor of skin complaints, rose is a cool breeze on heated & inflamed skin & tissue. Rose has a soft & calming influence upon the nervous system. She uplifts our mood, balances our emotions & invites us to enjoy the subtle sweetness of an open heart.
Tulsi- Ocimum africanum
Tulsi is deeply clarifying to the mind & rejuvenating to our body. Known as the "incomparable one" in sanskrit, Tulsi is revered as a gatekeeper to higher consciousness.
Tulsi protects & supports cognitive function & aids in calming a scattered mind. Through clarity & focus, we simplify & find what it is that is worth putting our energy into.
Western Red Cedar- Thuja plicata
Western red cedar is known as the "tree of life" to the Coast Salish People, offering valuable materials and medicine that is deeply interwoven in traditions that span almost every aspect of life. Strongly anti-microbial and uplifting to the senses, our essential oil and hydrosol combination is a potent way to connect with the medicine and spirit of the tree of life.
Western red cedar is strongly anti-microbial, effectively supporting the respiratory system through cold & flu season & is helpful for first aid. Western red cedar is toning to the skin & strengthening to the spirit.

Each hydrosol carries with it a unique set of therapeutic properties. All hydrosols in our sampler are safe to utilize with the entire family. Try utilizing your hydrosols by spritzing on your face & breathing in deeply, on acute cases of cuts or rashes, to revitalize the spirit when feeling sluggish or down or when you need to focus.
